Job Title: Business Development Executive – Property Management

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 + Commissions

Must-have driver's license & own car.

A well-established organization in the UAE is expanding its portfolio and launching a new line of business in Property Management. We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to play a key role in building this vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property management sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords and building owners
• Source and onboard new properties for management
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track business development activities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within property management
• Strong network of freehold landlords and building owners in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
• Proven track record in generating and closing new business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and own car required
