We're Hiring: Social Media Executive (Arabic)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client has been leading the launch and management of social media campaigns across KSA and the UAE for over a decade, working with some of the region's most renowned brands.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Social Media Executive to join their fast-growing team in Dubai.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a proactive social media professional with 3–4 years of hands-on experience, who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys working across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Social Media Manager in managing up to three client accounts, supporting day-to-day operations and communication.

Draft engaging captions and contribute to monthly content calendars aligned with each clients tone and brand identity.

Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to brief and follow up on content deliverables.

Monitor platform activity and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Schedule and publish approved content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar platforms.

Support the preparation of performance reports by compiling analytics, metrics, and insights for weekly/monthly reviews.

Attend client events and activations when required, assisting with live coverage and basic mobile content capture.

Track internal and client feedback to ensure timely revisions and delivery.

Participate in internal team meetings and client calls, ensuring action points are followed through.

Document and escalate out-of-scope requests to the Social Media Manager when necessary.

Stay updated with the latest features across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
What Were Looking For

3–4 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
Arabic speaker is preferred

Strong copywriting and content coordination skills

Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and reporting
