Location: JAFZA Dubai
Employment Type: 1-year Contract, extendable
Salary: AED 14,000 per month

Role Overview:
Join a leading multinational aerospace organization in Jafza Dubai with 80K employees globally. 

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple HR disciplines. The role involves maintaining HR data, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance with documentation and audits. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage communications with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders regarding HR policies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or relevant professional accreditation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience within a large multinational company.
  • Experience working in JAFZA is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
  • Ability to work independently, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across HR functions, including leave management, candidate screening, interview coordination, training, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintenance of personnel records.

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and business managers.

  • Support HR colleagues with talent management, total rewards, and policy guidance.

  • Create, review, and update HR documents such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation materials.

  • Manage and monitor third-party HR service providers, including people services, immigration specialists, and benefits providers.

  • Handle Life and Medical Insurance administration, including additions, updates, and cancellations.

  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, renewals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Track HR data and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

  • Assist with payroll data collection, validation, and processing.

  • Co-lead HR projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Perform ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
