Sales Manager
Job Description:
Our client was founded in 2007 in the UAE with an active presence in the Middle East market to cater to the demands of the lubricant industry. They supply high-quality lubricant additives, chemicals, and base oils from reputable global brands to a wide range of lubricant companies.
They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for generating business in the Middle East and African regions.
Job responsibilities:
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Attending trade events and exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events.
- Following up on any product or service issues on behalf of the client.
- Looking for new business or clients.
- Negotiating sales deals with clients.
- Taking and processing orders.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials (additives and chemicals) in the UAE.
- Self-starter with a dynamic personality.
- Must have experience on a managerial level
