Senior Manager – Revenue Operations | District Cooling | Dubai 

Are you a revenue operations leader who thrives in regulated, high-volume environments? We're hiring a Senior Manager – Revenue Operations for a leading district cooling company in Dubai, overseeing billing, collections, and customer service across two business entities.

The Role 

You'll own the full revenue cycle — from invoice generation to cash collection — while leading a team of managers and approximately 60 staff across Billing, Collections & Recovery, and Customer Service functions. You'll report directly to the General Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end billing operations based on consumption data, tariffs, and contracts
• Driving collections strategy, managing receivables aging, and minimizing revenue leakage
• Overseeing B2B and B2C customer service — disputes, escalations, SLAs, and VIP accounts
• Ensuring full compliance with RSB regulations and UAE VAT/FTA requirements
• Delivering performance reports and insights to senior leadership

What We're Looking For 

• 8–10 years in Revenue Operations, Billing, or Collections 
• Background in utilities, district cooling, real estate, or property management strongly preferred 
• Experience with ERP systems — Microsoft AX or Oracle Fusion 
• Solid understanding of UAE regulatory requirements (RSB, FTA) 
• Proven people leader with the ability to manage large, multi-functional teams 
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
