We are currently hiring for a Sales Support Executive role for a diversified group of companies in the UAE with multiple business entities spanning trading and distribution operations. The organization operates in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and is known for its strong regional presence and customer-centric approach.

Job Overview

The Executive – Sales Support will play a key role in enabling smooth end-to-end sales operations across multiple business units. This includes managing quotations, sales orders, customer coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, legal, and marketing teams.

The role is critical in ensuring efficient sales processes, timely follow-ups, and a seamless customer experience across all group entities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Operations

  • Support the centralized sales team across multiple entities
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales orders
  • Actively engage with leads, follow up with customers, and support deal closures
  • Maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and customer databases
  • Track order status and ensure timely updates across stakeholders

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries related to quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery updates
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Support onboarding and account maintenance activities

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation as per company policies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
  • Support compliance and audit requirements

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance for pricing, invoicing, credit control, and collections
  • Liaise with Logistics for stock availability and delivery scheduling
  • Work with Legal, Marketing, and Procurement teams for contracts, sales collateral, and related support

Process Improvement

  • Support standardization of sales processes across entities
  • Identify gaps and contribute to efficiency improvements
  • Assist in CRM/ERP enhancements and system implementation

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations - Not Customer Service
  • Strong experience working in multi-entity or group-level environments preferred
  • Prior experience in trading or service-based companies highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (mandatory focus area)
  • Excellent MS Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • An attested degree is a must for being considered for the role
