Job Title: Inventory & Storekeeper Manager / Team Leader
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Storekeeper Team Leader to oversee all inventory operations for a manufacturing facility in the construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have experience handling raw materials and finished goods, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and reconciliation.

Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.

Ensure systematic storage, labeling, and safe material handling.

Monitor stock levels and request replenishment proactively.

Maintain GRNs, issue logs, consumption reports, and warehouse dashboards.
Operational Management

Supervise storekeepers and helpers; assign tasks and evaluate performance.

Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely material availability.

Enforce safety, stacking, and housekeeping standards.

Update ERP/inventory software accurately.

Identify process bottlenecks and support improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

5–8 years in inventory/storekeeping for manufacturing (construction materials preferred).

Familiarity with raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and finished goods.

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Diploma or bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

Good English communication; Urdu/Indian language is a plus.

Certifications in Warehouse Safety, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain (preferred).
